EPA90 Fish Oil FAQ
1. At what age can children start taking DeChuang EPA90 ?
Fish oil is a naturally extracted ingredient, which is similar to the concept of taking fish oil when eating fish on a daily basis. It can be used by children of all ages, and the amount can be adjusted according to health needs.
For daily health care, if mothers want to supplement children over 6 years old, they can reduce the amount to one EPA90 mini tablet every 2-3 days, which is in line with the dosage recommended by the International Fish Oil Organization GOED.
2. Doesn’t DeChuang EPA90 contain DHA ?
DeChuang EPA90 is a high-purity EPA fish oil. In all previous fish oil tests, the EPA content is as high as 95.8% and the DHA content is less than 0.15%. It is a formula specially designed for special groups and fully meets the needs of high EPA intake. It also meets the EPA recommended indicators for international use.
3. Why do people say that fish oil should contain EPA : DHA=3 : 2 ?
In recent years, the efficacy of fish oil has been increasingly valued by the public, and clinical data has become more abundant. In Taiwan, the concentration of fish oil has developed from 18:12 for 30% fish oil, to 32:24 for 50% , to the mainstream 48:32 for 80% fish oil in recent years . These are all results of the recognition of fish oil. As the concentration increases, these fish oil ratios are maintained at a ratio of 3:2 , which has become the golden ratio that everyone is familiar with.
With the development of clinical data and technology, technological breakthroughs have made it possible to purify a single high-concentration EPA fish oil. DeChuang Biotech has launched it first to meet the needs of people who need 90% EPA and a daily intake of 2000mg , achieving the advantage of focused supplementation and getting twice the result with half the effort.
Therefore, find your golden ratio and take in the nutrients you need. This is also the current overall development trend!
4. Can anticoagulant drugs be used simultaneously with EPA fish oil?
The European Food Safety Authority has conducted a scientific assessment of fish oil intake, and the results showed that consuming 5 grams of EPA and DHA per day will not cause adverse reactions, including bleeding, impaired glucose level regulation, or impaired immune function. If you are taking anticoagulant medications, you can safely use EPA fish oil under the advice of your physician.

5 . Is the DeChuang EPA90 an rTG type or an EE type ?
DeChuang EPA90 adopts EE form. Experiments have confirmed that there is no significant difference in the absorption rate of EE form and rTG form fish oil when supplemented for a long time. For pure EPA fish oil, the absorption rate of EE form is even slightly higher than that of rTG form. Many international pharmaceutical-grade fish oils also use EE form. Therefore, the key to the difference in form lies in stable consumption.

6 . What is the acid value of DeChuang EPA90 ?
All DeChuang EPA90 products are inspected by a third-party organization before leaving the factory, and the acid value is always below 1.0 mg KOH/g. Because it is fresh and does not have the fishy smell produced by oxidation of fish oil, children who are not good at swallowing can also bite the capsule to directly ingest the fish oil, so consumers can buy it with confidence.
7 . Why is there a sustained-release form of fish oil ?
Fish oil is metabolized more slowly than water-soluble nutrients and will not leave the body in a short period of time. Therefore, choosing a type of fish oil that can be replenished quickly can achieve the result of accumulating Omega-3 in the blood to an effective concentration.
8 . Does one box of DeChuang EPA90 last for one month ?
A box of DeChuang EPA90 contains 30 capsules of fish oil. For daily health care, use 1 capsule (500mg) per day. One box can be used for one month. If you have further needs, you may need 2-3 capsules a day, and one box can be used for 10-15 days.
9 . Can we get enough omega-3 from our diet?
Eating fish can have many benefits. As for the intake of Omega-3 alone, we recommend eating deep-sea oily fish (Fatty Fish) at least 2-3 times a week to maintain Omega-3 levels. Not all fish are rich in Omega-3. For example, milkfish and tilapia, which are common on Taiwanese tables, actually have a low Omega-3 content compared to salmon and saury. If you want to consume 1000 mg of Omega-3 per day, you will need nearly 500g of milkfish or 2600g of tilapia.
However, marine fish are prone to pollution problems such as heavy metals and plasticizers, especially large marine fish. Consumers who are concerned about heavy metal issues can choose fish oil products that have passed heavy metal testing as a way to supplement Omega-3.
10 . EPA and DHA are both fish oils, what are the differences?
The Omega-3 rich in fish oil can be divided into EPA and DHA, which have different functions. If consumers have special needs, in addition to the common Omega-3 (EPA DHA) fish oil on the market, they can also choose single nutrient EPA fish oil or DHA fish oil. Accurate supplementation according to the body's needs can achieve better results.
Generally speaking, EPA can promote metabolism and make you energetic, while DHA helps maintain a good mind and stay bright.
People who are under great pressure and often stay up late may quickly consume Omega-3 in their bodies. Office workers who sit for long periods of time, eat out for three meals a day, and are emotionally tense are suitable for EPA; students who are preparing for exams to maintain a good mind are suitable for DHA.
11 . Who needs special attention when taking fish oil supplements?
The following groups can use it safely under the guidance of professional doctors:
Fish oil products contain fish and its products and should not be used by people who are allergic to seafood or fish.
