Refund and Shipping Policy

Refund policy

We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (or the customer prepares a shipping label and shipping charges) along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you own and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without any valid reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund.

transportation policy

We can ship to almost any address in the world. Please note that some products have restrictions and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place your order, we will provide you with an estimated shipping and delivery date based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you select. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, the estimated shipping date may appear on the shipping quote page.

Please also note that shipping charges for many of the items we sell are based on weight. The weight of any such item can be found on its details page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded to the next whole pound.
